Our policies for orders and returns
Shipping Scope
Drift Pantry plans to ship within the United States during MVP.
Processing
Orders will be processed after payment is confirmed.
Exact processing and transit estimates should be added only after packaging, fulfillment workflow, and shipping methods are validated.
Packaging
Orders are packed to preserve product integrity and presentation during normal shipping conditions.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an address issue is identified before shipment, Drift Pantry may contact the customer for correction.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, the customer should contact hello@driftpantry.com promptly and include:
- order name
- order number if available
- photos of the package and affected items
- a short description of the issue
Returns
Because Drift Pantry sells food products, returns are limited.
Opened food items and products handled outside Drift Pantry's control after delivery are generally not eligible for return.
Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be offered for:
- damaged orders
- incorrect items
- fulfillment mistakes
Final refund and replacement rules should be confirmed before launch.
